Sports Alive volunteer programme allows us to work with individuals who have little or no experience in youth work.
We want to change how starting as a volunteer allows you to see youth work from a different perspective. Learning as you go along, training at your own pace, in the environment of youth work & with the support of experienced youth workers. Making it a pathway to a career.
