We’re excited to announce that Picnic in the Park is back this summer for another fantastic day of fun, food and community spirit.
Join us at Adlam Park in Fazakerley (L10 1LG) on Friday 8 August from 12pm to 4pm. It’s the perfect excuse to get outside and enjoy a great day out with family, friends and neighbours.
Whether you came along last year or this will be your first time, you can expect another packed afternoon with something for everyone. From inflatables and music to sports tasters, games and activities, there’ll be plenty to get stuck into. Just bring your picnic and a blanket and get ready to make some memories.
Last year’s event saw over 1,000 people come together to enjoy the sunshine, try new activities and spend quality time outdoors. There were rugby, tennis, golf and baseball taster sessions, bouncy castles, face painting, and lots of laughs in the stocks as our staff bravely took sponge hits from the crowd.
It was a brilliant day, made even better by the support of everyone who bought raffle tickets or treats from the tuck shop. Thanks to that generosity, we raised over £1,100 which helped fund a residential trip for 15 young people.
Picnic in the Park is more than just an afternoon out. It’s a chance to come together, celebrate our community and enjoy some well-earned summer fun.
